Info Edge announces leadership changes, interim CFO

Info Edge (India) Limited announced that Chintan Thakkar ceased to be the whole-time director & chief financial officer, key managerial person, and chairman/member of board committees, effective November 19, 2025. Ambarish Raghuvanshi will assume the role of interim chief financial officer and key managerial person from November 20, 2025, until a new CFO is appointed.

The company also reported several committee re-constitutions. The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee (SRC) now includes Hitesh Oberoi, managing director & CEO, as a member. The Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting Committee (BRSR) appointed Sanjeev Bikhchandani, founder & executive vice-chairman, as its chairman. The Risk Management Committee (RMC) added Ambarish Raghuvanshi as an invitee. Additionally, Chintan Thakkar’s cessation extends to his membership on the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR).

Furthermore, the board of directors approved a revised Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events/Information, effective November 20, 2025. Key managerial personnel, including Sanjeev Bikhchandani and Hitesh Oberoi, have been authorized to determine the materiality of events and information for disclosure to stock exchanges.
