Greenlam revises FY22 profit, updates investor presentation

Greenlam Industries Limited announced a revision to its investor presentation for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company corrected an inadvertent error on page 9, stating that the profit after tax (PAT) for FY22 should be read as INR 90.6 crore, instead of the previously reported INR 187.0 crore. The other contents of the presentation remain intact.

The updated presentation follows an earlier submission on November 8, 2025. This correction ensures accurate financial reporting for the fiscal year 2022 and subsequent periods as presented to investors.

The company's operational highlights for Q2FY26 include highest revenues of INR 808.3 crore, an 18.7% year-over-year (YoY) growth. Gross profit increased by 25.5% YoY, and EBITDA prior to forex fluctuations grew by 32.3% YoY. However, net profit for the quarter stood at INR 31.8 crore, a decrease of 7.7% YoY, primarily due to forex fluctuations, higher depreciation, and interest expenses from new projects.
