Clean Science promoters to transfer significant equity shares

Clean Science and Technology Limited disclosed that several promoter and promoter group members intend to transfer a total of 1,78,49,476 equity shares, representing 16.80% of the company's share capital, via gift deeds. These off-market transactions are exempt under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transfers are scheduled to occur on or after November 26, 2025, and aim to streamline family assets and businesses without any consideration involved.

Key recipients include Siddhartha Ashok Sikchi, who will acquire 2,600,000 shares (2.45%), Asha Ashok Boob, receiving a total of 8,619,490 shares (8.11%), and Nilima Krishnakumar Boob, who will obtain 6,629,986 shares (6.24%). The aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group will remain unchanged before and after these transfers.
