Birla Real Estate boosts stake in Chambal Fertilisers

Birla Real Estate Limited, a promoter group entity, acquired 25,325 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited on November 18, 2025. This open market purchase increased Birla Real Estate’s total shareholding in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals to 34,061 equity shares.

Before this acquisition, Birla Real Estate held 8,736 shares, representing 0.002% of the total voting capital. The recent purchase, which accounts for 0.006% of the voting capital, brings their aggregate holding to 0.008%. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

The equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited remains at 400,652,297 equity shares, with a total voting capital of INR 4,00,65,22,970, both before and after the acquisition.
