Arihant Capital Markets promoter sells 3.36% stake

Kiran Jain, a promoter of Arihant Capital Markets Limited, has disposed of 3,500,000 equity shares, representing 3.36% of the company's paid-up share capital. This transaction, executed on November 17, 2025, has reduced her holding to 20,141,600 equity shares, corresponding to 19.34% of the total voting capital. The disposal was carried out in the open market.

Prior to this transaction, Jain held 23,641,600 shares, accounting for 22.71% of the total share and voting capital. This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011.

The company's total equity share capital, both before and after the sale, stands at 104,112,800 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each. Arihant Capital Markets Limited also noted that it had previously allotted 500,000 equity shares through private placement, with the listing approval currently pending.
