AGI Infra reports strong half-year financials with significant growth

AGI Infra Limited reported a total income from operations of INR 18068.83 Lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, an increase from INR 15460.33 Lakhs in the previous year. Net profit after tax for the same period reached INR 4206.28 Lakhs, up from INR 3186.58 Lakhs year-over-year.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company's total income from operations was INR 8713.78 Lakhs, with a net profit after tax of INR 2204.83 Lakhs. Basic earnings per share (EPS) for the half year stood at INR 17.22, compared to INR 13.04 for the corresponding period last year.

These unaudited consolidated financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 14, 2025. The company also confirmed that no investor complaints were pending at the beginning or received during the quarter.
