Zodiac Energy commissions three new solar power plants in Gujarat

Zodiac Energy Limited informed stock exchanges on November 18, 2025, about the commissioning of three new solar power plants. This announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The newly commissioned plants have capacities of 3.51 MWp, 2.28 MWp, and 5.38 MWp, respectively. All three facilities are located at Village -Sudasana, Tal -Satlasna, Dist-Mahesana, Gujarat, contributing to the company's renewable energy portfolio.
