Vedanta incorporates new finance subsidiary in GIFT City

Vedanta Limited has incorporated "VEDANTA FINANCE IFSC LIMITED," a wholly owned subsidiary in the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) at GIFT City, Gujarat, on November 18, 2025. This new entity is designed to function as a strategic financial hub, aiming to enhance the parent company's operational efficiency, trade finance, and overall financial framework.

The newly formed subsidiary has an authorized capital of INR 10,00,00,000 and a subscribed capital of INR 2,00,00,000. Vedanta Limited holds 100% of the shares through a cash subscription to the share capital.

VEDANTA FINANCE IFSC LIMITED will operate as a Finance Company within the IFSC GIFT City, Gujarat. It is not yet operational and will primarily serve as the global treasury center for Vedanta group's treasury activities.
