Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network sees board resignations following control change

Six directors, including the chairman and managing director, have resigned from Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, effective November 18, 2025. This follows a change in management and control resulting from an open offer triggered under SEBI Regulations. The resigning directors confirmed no material reasons for their departure other than those stated in their resignation letters.

The resignations include Pritesh Rajgor (independent director), Dr. Ganesh Prasad Raut (independent director), Umakanth Bhyravajoshyulu (independent director), Latasha Laxman Jadhav (non-executive director), Kailasnath Markand Adhikari (managing director), and Ravi Gautam Adhikari (chairman & non-executive director).

The company submitted these disclosures to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, fulfilling its obligations under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
