Solar Industries secures major defence export order worth INR 1,400 crores

Solar Industries India Limited and its subsidiary have secured export orders totaling INR 1,400 crores for the supply of defence products to international clients. This substantial contract is set to be fulfilled over a period of four years.

The orders were awarded by an international entity, making it an international order for the company. The disclosure, made on November 18, 2025, aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the orders. Additionally, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is conducted on an "arms length" basis.
