Shrey Shah and PACs boost stake in PDS Limited to 5.22%

Shrey Shah, along with persons acting in concert (PACs) including Bhavesh Shah, Sanjiv Shah, Sanjiv Shah-HUF, Chetan Shah, Chetan D Shah-HUF, and Krina Shah, has acquired 808,058 shares in PDS Limited via open market transactions. These acquisitions, which took place between August 1, 2024, and November 13, 2025, were disclosed under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Shrey Shah and PACs held 1,313,435 shares (4.97% of voting capital). Following this acquisition, their total holding has increased to 7,375,231 shares, representing a 5.22% stake in PDS Limited. The equity share capital of PDS Limited after the acquisition stands at 141,349,633 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
