SBICAP Trustee releases pledged shares in Indo Tech Transformers

SBICAP Trustee Company Limited (STCL) has disclosed the release of 1,500,000 pledged shares of Indo Tech Transformers Limited, representing 14.12% of the company's total diluted share capital. This action, dated November 14, 2025, altered STCL's holding in Indo Tech Transformers, which previously stood at 4,686,000 shares or 44.12%.

Following the release, STCL's encumbered shareholding in Indo Tech Transformers now totals 3,186,000 shares, reducing its stake to 30%. The transaction was carried out as a "Release of Shares" under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. STCL emphasized its role as a security trustee, clarifying that its business does not involve lending or borrowing money or providing security to lenders or borrowers.

Indo Tech Transformers Limited's total equity share capital remains at 10,620,000 equity shares, each valued at ₹10, as per the shareholding pattern for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. This disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
