RHI Magnesita India non-executive director resigns due to conflict of interest

Ms. Ticiana Kobel has resigned from her position as non-executive director on the board of RHI Magnesita India Limited, effective at the close of business on November 17, 2025. The resignation, communicated via a letter dated November 17, 2025, is attributed to an unavoidable conflict arising from her new appointment to the supervisory board of RHI Magnesita GmbH.

As a result of her departure, Ms. Kobel will also cease to be a member of the nomination & remuneration committee, risk management committee, and corporate social responsibility committee. RHI Magnesita India Limited has acknowledged her valuable contributions and stated it will announce necessary appointments in due course.

The company has assured that all requisite disclosures regarding this change, in accordance with SEBI regulations, have been filed. It expressed its gratitude to Ms. Kobel for her services and cooperation during her tenure.
