JTL Industries director acquires additional shares, boosting stake

Pranav Singla, whole-time director (promoter group) of JTL Industries Limited, acquired 500,000 equity shares of the company through an open market transaction on November 18, 2025. This acquisition represents 0.13% of the paid-up equity share capital of JTL Industries Limited.

Before this acquisition, Singla held 4,388,068 shares, representing 1.12% of the total share/voting capital. Following the acquisition, his total holding increased to 4,888,068 shares, now constituting 1.24% of the company's equity share capital. The total equity share capital of the company remains INR 39,30,81,630, comprising 39,30,81,630 equity shares of INR 1/- each.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, to both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
