Nucleus Software extends CEO tenure, amends superannuation policy

Nucleus Software Exports' board of directors has approved the re-appointment of Parag Bhise as whole-time director and chief executive for an additional two-year term. This extension will commence on April 1, 2026, and conclude on March 31, 2028, subject to shareholder approval. Bhise is not related to any other directors of the company.

Additionally, the company has amended its superannuation policy. The retirement age for the chief executive will be extended to 63 years. For key managerial personnel, senior management (excluding the chief executive), and other critical positions, the superannuation age will be 62 years. These extensions are discretionary and subject to approval by the nomination and remuneration/compensation committee and the board of directors upon completion of the standard retirement age of 58 years.

These decisions, made during a board meeting on November 18, 2025, aim to ensure retention and continuity in critical leadership roles, aligning with the company’s succession planning strategy.
