Newgen subsidiary secures £1.4m UK contract for contract management platform

Newgen Software Technologies (UK) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited, has secured a Master Service Agreement with an undisclosed customer based in the United Kingdom. The agreement, valued at £1,468,804, encompasses the provision of Newgen Software licenses, AWS Managed Cloud Services, and implementation services.

The contract involves deploying Newgen's Contract Management platform to help the customer manage policy documents across their enterprise. The execution period for this agreement is set for three years. This transaction was finalized on November 17, 2025.

The company confirmed that this transaction does not constitute a related party transaction under the Companies Act, 2013, and neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the awarding entity.
