Magellanic Cloud promoters increase pledged shares

Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma, a promoter of Magellanic Cloud Limited, reported the creation of pledges on several tranches of shares between October 22 and October 24, 2025. These pledges, totaling 2,350,000 shares, were made as collateral for loans with entities including VIRTUE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT. LTD., BADJATE STOCK BROKING PVT LTD, and ANAND RATHI SHARE AND STOCK BROKERS LIMITED. This increased Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma's encumbered shares to 45,133,182, representing 7.72% of the total share capital, from an initial 7.46%.

Further pledges by Joseph Sudheer Reddy Thumma between October 20-22, 2025, involved an additional 437,482 shares, bringing the total encumbered shares to 43,583,182 or 7.46% with BADJATE STOCK BROKING PVT LTD. Subsequent pledges on October 20, 2025, with MINSOL LIMITED, S JOGANI EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED, ARYAN MINING AND TRADING CORPORATION PVT LIMITED, BADJATE STOCK BROKING PVT LTD, and BHADANI FINANCE RS PRIVATE LIMITED, further increased his encumbered holding to 42,028,636 shares, or 7.19% of the total share capital.

Jagan Mohan Reddy Thumma, another promoter, also created pledges on 2,500,000 shares between October 23-24, 2025, with BIKEWIN TRADING PRIVATE LTD and SAI ROSHNI CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED. This raised his encumbered shares to 15,570,000, representing 2.66% of the total share capital. Additional pledges on October 23, 2025, with ANAND RATHI GLOBAL FINANCE LTD and BADJATE STOCK BROKING PVT LTD, increased his encumbered shares to 14,270,000 shares, or 2.44% of the total share capital.
