KPIT Technologies promoters adjust equity holdings

Ajay Bhagwat, a promoter of KPIT Technologies, disclosed the sale of 41,000 equity shares in the company on November 17, 2025, via an open market transaction. This transaction reduced Bhagwat's total holding from 2,305,584 shares (0.85% of total share capital) to 2,264,584 shares (0.84%).

Concurrently, S. B. (Ravi) Pandit, also a promoter and acting in concert with other individuals and entities, acquired 41,000 equity shares through an open market purchase on the same date. This acquisition increased Pandit's total holding from 989,306 shares (0.36% of total share capital) to 1,030,306 shares (0.37%). The company's total equity share capital remains 274,143,808 shares of ₹10 each.
