Global Surfaces VP of operations and strategy resigns

Global Surfaces Limited informed stock exchanges about the resignation of G.V.N.S.K. Chaitanya, vice president – operations & strategy and senior management personnel. The resignation was tendered via a letter dated November 17, 2025, citing personal reasons. Chaitanya will be relieved from his responsibilities at the close of working hours on December 17, 2025.
