CAMS sets record date for equity share split

Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has announced Friday, December 05, 2025, as the record date for the sub-division/split of its equity shares. This decision follows the approval of resolutions by shareholders through a remote e-voting process, with results filed on November 17, 2025.

The share split will transform each existing equity share, which has a face value of INR 10, into 5 equity shares, each with a face value of INR 2. These new shares will be fully paid up and rank pari passu in all respects. The move is in compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
