Birla Real Estate boosts stake in Chambal Fertilisers

Birla Real Estate Limited acquired 7,300 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. on November 17, 2025, through an open market transaction. This acquisition falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Take-Overs) Regulations, 2011.
