Aster DM Healthcare relocates registered office to Telangana

Aster DM Healthcare Limited has officially shifted its registered office from Karnataka to Telangana, following approval from the Regional Director (South East Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on November 18, 2025. This move, initially intimated on November 6, 2025, will see the company’s registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, relocate to Ameerpet, Hyderabad, Telangana.

The alteration in the Memorandum of Association will reflect this change. The company cited reasons for the shift, including enhanced administrative convenience, improved operational and management efficiency, integration of business functions, optimization of administrative expenses, and seamless implementation of a board-approved scheme. Aster DM Healthcare is now completing all necessary intimations and filings with the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities.
