Zydus Lifesciences promoter group member increases stake

Mrs. Jasodaben Babubhai Patel, a member of the promoter group of Zydus Lifesciences, has acquired 1,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each from the open market. The transaction, valued at INR 963,522.46, took place on November 12, 2025.

This purchase increases Mrs. Patel's shareholding from 41,577 equity shares (0.0041%) to 42,577 equity shares (0.0042%). The acquisition was conducted in compliance with Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
