Vantage Knowledge Academy sees profits rise in Q2 2025

Vantage Knowledge Academy Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the half-year, total revenue from operations stood at ₹1,13,87,175, compared to ₹1,03,42,883 in the previous corresponding period. The net profit after tax for the half-year was ₹66,00,000, a significant increase from ₹51,00,000 reported in the same period last year.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the company reported total revenue from operations of ₹57,01,175, up from ₹50,91,483 in the quarter ended September 30, 2024. Net profit after tax for the quarter reached ₹33,00,000, compared to ₹25,00,000 in the corresponding prior quarter.

Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year improved to ₹0.66 from ₹0.51, while for the quarter, EPS rose to ₹0.33 from ₹0.25. The company’s financial statements have been published in Active Times (English Newspaper) and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi Newspaper) on November 16, 2025.
