Speciality Restaurants posts strong Q2FY26 growth, expands operations

Speciality Restaurants Limited announced a strong financial performance for Q2FY26, with consolidated total income increasing by 11.26% to ₹119.99 crore compared to ₹107.85 crore in Q2FY25. Consolidated EBITDA rose by 21.57% to ₹22.83 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) jumped 56.84% to ₹4.47 crore. Standalone results also mirrored this growth, with total income up 11.76% to ₹113.25 crore and PAT increasing by 88.89% to ₹4.76 crore.

The company continues its expansion with several new openings and renovations, including Asia Kitchen by Mainland China in Chandigarh and Siciliana in Thane, both operational in October 2025. Upcoming openings include Walters in Pune and Gong outlets in Mumbai and Pune by March 2026. Speciality Restaurants now operates 123 units, comprising 112 owned and 11 franchise units across India, UAE, Oman, and the UK, with a focus on diverse cuisine formats and last-mile delivery.

Dine-in sales constituted 75.7% of restaurant sales in Q2FY26, totaling ₹7,298 lakhs, while delivery sales accounted for 24.3% or ₹2,343 lakhs. The company’s brand portfolio, including Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta, and Sweet Bengal, continues to receive industry accolades, with multiple awards for excellence in cuisine and dining experience in 2025 and 2024.
