Shri Venkatesh Refineries reports strong half-year financials with increased profit

Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited has reported unaudited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2025, showing a substantial rise in revenue from operations to INR 55,586.67 Lakh, up from INR 30,831.99 Lakh in the corresponding period of 2024. Total revenue for the period reached INR 55,607.68 Lakh.

The company's profit before exceptional items and tax for the half year stood at INR 1,883.05 Lakh, compared to INR 969.03 Lakh for the half year ended September 30, 2024. Profit for the year, after tax, increased to INR 1,440.05 Lakh from INR 721.12 Lakh in the prior year's half-year period.

Basic and diluted earnings per equity share also saw a notable increase, rising to INR 6.51 for the half year ended September 30, 2025, from INR 3.26 in the same period last year. The company’s total assets as of September 30, 2025, were reported at INR 46,204.72 Lakh.
