Shirdi Sai Electricals reduces encumbrance on Indo-Tech Transformers shares

Shirdi Sai Electricals Limited (SSEL) has announced the release of a pledge on 1,500,000 equity shares of Indo-Tech Transformers Ltd. This disclosure, dated November 17, 2025, was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The shares, previously pledged in favor of SBICAP Trustee Company Limited for State Bank of India, are now unencumbered following the full payment of outstanding dues.

Prior to this release, SSEL held 7,965,000 shares, representing 75.00% of Indo-Tech Transformers' voting capital, with 6,066,036 shares (57.12%) encumbered. The release of the 1,500,000 shares (14.12% of voting capital) means that SSEL's post-release encumbrance now stands at 4,566,036 shares, equating to 42.99% of the total voting capital.

This transaction alters SSEL’s total holding, with a new encumbered balance of 4,566,036 shares (42.99%). The total voting capital of Indo-Tech Transformers remains at 10,620,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, aggregating Rs. 106,200,000/-.
