Shanti Educational Initiatives moves registered office from Gujarat to Haryana

Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited announced the successful outcome of its postal ballot, with shareholders approving the resolution to shift the company's registered office from Gujarat to Haryana and to alter its Memorandum of Association. The resolution, classified as "special," received 100% of votes in favor from both promoter and promoter group and public (non-institutions) categories, with 0% votes against.

The postal ballot process, conducted through remote e-voting, commenced on October 18, 2025, and concluded on November 16, 2025. A total of 4,331 shareholders were on record as of October 10, 2025. The scrutineer, Jatin Kapadia of K Jatin & Co., reported that 88,926,845 valid votes were cast in favor, representing 99.99% of the total valid votes.

Only one member's votes, totaling 51, were declared invalid. The board of directors had approved the postal ballot notice on October 17, 2025, with a corrigendum issued on October 27, 2025, to amend a typographical error.
