Shaily Engineering Plastics promoter sells shares, reduces stake

Laxman Bhogilal Sanghvi, a promoter of Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited, has reported the disposal of 50,000 shares in the company. The transaction took place on November 14, 2025.

Prior to the disposal, Sanghvi held 2,382,120 shares, representing 5.18% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale, the holding now stands at 2,332,120 shares, reducing the ownership to 5.07% of the total share/voting capital. The disposed shares account for 0.11% of the total voting rights.

The equity share capital of Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited remains at INR 9,19,10,186/-, comprising 45,955,093 equity shares of INR 2/- each, both before and after the reported transaction.
