RateGain promoter Bhanu Chopra increases stake through open market purchase

Bhanu Chopra, a promoter of RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, acquired 143,700 shares of the company through an open market purchase on November 14, 2025. This transaction falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
