Jindal Cement increases stake in Jindal Steel

Jindal Cement Industries Private Limited, formerly Jindal Panther Cement Private Limited, disclosed the acquisition of 155,862 equity shares in Jindal Steel Limited on November 12, 2025. This transaction, executed via open market, represents 0.01% of Jindal Steel Limited's total share and voting capital.

Following this acquisition, Jindal Cement Industries, now part of the promoter group, maintains a 0.01% holding in Jindal Steel Limited. The total equity share capital of Jindal Steel Limited before and after the acquisition remains at INR 1,02,00,88,097, comprising 1,02,00,88,097 equity shares of INR 1 each.

The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
