India Finsec: Promoters adjust pledges, increase encumbered shares.

On November 15, 2025, India Finsec Limited announced that its promoter group, including Ganga Devi Bansal, Gopal Bansal, Manoj Sharma, Gopal Bansal LLP, Daisy Distributors Private Limited, and Mrs. Sunita Bansal, had released pledges on 2,113,000 shares (7.24% of total share capital) and 395,000 shares (1.35% of total share capital), respectively, on November 14, 2025. These shares were previously encumbered in favor of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. against intra-day margin availability by a broker.

Concurrently, the promoter group created new pledges on 1,738,000 shares (5.95% of total share capital) and 395,000 shares (1.35% of total share capital) for Gopal Bansal HUF. This brings the total promoter shareholding in the listed company to 16,331,201 shares, representing 55.94% of the total share capital. The encumbered shares now account for 84.21% of the promoter shareholding, exceeding both the 50% and 20% thresholds, with the encumbrance type specified as 'pledge'.
