Godrej Group entities reshuffle holdings in Godrej Industries

Godrej Seeds & Genetics Limited and Anamudi Real Estates LLP, both part of the promoter group, have increased their shareholding in Godrej Industries Limited through open market block deals on November 14, 2025. Godrej Seeds & Genetics acquired 75,29,766 equity shares, raising its individual stake from 5.56% to 7.79%, and its total promoter group holding from 65.75% to 66.85%. Anamudi Real Estates LLP purchased 36,83,994 equity shares, increasing its individual stake from 2.50% to 3.59% and its total promoter group holding from 68.81% to 71.05%.

Concurrently, Godrej Foundation, a public shareholder, disposed of 1,12,13,760 equity shares in Godrej Industries via a block deal on the same date. This sale reduced Godrej Foundation's holding from 13.37% to 10.04%. These transactions collectively increased the overall promoter and promoter group shareholding in Godrej Industries. The total equity share capital of Godrej Industries is stated as INR 33,68,03,137, comprising 33,68,03,137 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
