Go Fashion corrects independent director appointment date

Ms. Chopra's five-year term will now run from November 17, 2025, to November 16, 2030, as approved by the board of directors on November 7, 2025. This correction pertains solely to the effective date, with all other terms and conditions of her appointment remaining unchanged.

Ms. Chopra's profile includes a focus on growth-stage companies and advisory roles in consumer and fintech investments. She began her career at Deutsche Bank and later joined Peak XV (formerly Sequoia) in 2010. She holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. An updated Annexure-A reflecting the correct date has been filed to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI regulations.
