Federal Bank misses Avendus Spark investor conference

Federal Bank's secretarial department announced on November 17, 2025, that it would not attend the Avendus Spark INDX: Annual Investor Conference. The bank had previously communicated its intended participation on November 6, 2025.

The bank stated that its attendance could not proceed due to "unforeseen circumstances." The communication was addressed to the listing departments of both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
