Eco Recycling reports strong Q2 and H1 FY26 performance

Eco Recycling Limited reported a total income of ₹14.48 Cr for Q2 FY26, an increase from ₹13.91 Cr in Q2 FY25. Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹5.60 Cr, with an EPS of ₹2.97. For H1 FY26, total income reached ₹28.10 Cr, up from ₹27.35 Cr in H1 FY25, and net profit was ₹13.69 Cr, with an EPS of ₹7.01. The company maintains a zero-debt status and has a recycling capacity of 31,200 MTPA.

The company is expanding its operations and capacity, including adding 6,000 MTPA for Li-ion battery recycling by FY25. It also launched "Recycling on Wheels - SmartER," India's first mobile E-waste recycling unit, and secured a ₹6 Cr grant from TDB-DST for innovation. Eco Recycling focuses on end-to-end EPR solutions, including data destruction, ITAD, lamp recycling, and reverse logistics, serving diverse clientele across 120+ countries.

Eco Recycling’s long-term financial performance shows consistent growth, with total income increasing from ₹21.53 Cr in FY23 to ₹46.30 Cr in FY25. Net profit also rose significantly, from ₹6.19 Cr in FY23 to ₹23.38 Cr in FY25, reflecting robust profitability with a PAT margin of 50.50% in FY25. The company’s shareholding pattern as of September 30, 2025, shows promoters holding 73.35% and public holding 26.65%.
