CM Airtime Promotion increases stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP has incrementally increased its equity stake in Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. Through two separate open market purchases in November 2025, CM Airtime Promotion acquired a total of 60,000 equity shares.

The first acquisition on November 13, 2025, involved 20,000 equity shares, bringing CM Airtime Promotion’s aggregate shareholding to 405,313 equity shares. This transaction increased their stake from 0.096% to 0.101% of Chambal Fertilisers’ total equity capital.

Subsequently, on November 14, 2025, CM Airtime Promotion acquired an additional 40,000 equity shares. This further purchase raised their total aggregate shareholding to 445,313 equity shares, representing 0.111% of Chambal Fertilisers’ equity share capital. The total equity capital of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd. remains 400,652,297 Equity Shares both before and after these acquisitions.
