Chiripal Exim LLP, along with Ronak B Chiripal, Vineeta V Chiripal, and Savitridevi V Chiripal (Persons Acting in Concert), announced a sale of shares in Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited between November 13 and 14, 2025. This disclosure, made under SEBI regulations, shows a change in their collective holding.

Prior to the sale, the group held 1,87,45,419 shares, representing 11.64% of the total share/voting capital. The sale involved 5,99,686 shares, which accounts for 0.37% of the total share/voting capital. Post-sale, their combined holding stands at 1,81,45,733 shares, reducing their total stake to 11.27% of the total share/voting capital of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited.

The equity share capital of the target company remains at ₹16,10,00,000, comprising 16,10,00,000 equity shares of ₹1/- each, both before and after the sale.
