Awfis reports strong H1 FY26 growth, driven by flexible workspaces

Awfis Space Solutions Limited reported a robust H1 FY26 performance with consolidated operating revenue reaching INR702 crores, a 28% year-on-year growth. Operating EBITDA for the period grew by 45% to INR259 crores, with EBITDA margins at 36.9%. PAT increased by 49% to INR26 crores, excluding exceptional items.

The company's co-working and allied services segment led growth in Q2 FY26, rising 36% year-on-year to INR297 crores and contributing approximately 80% of total revenue. Awfis expanded its total capacity to over 170,000 seats across 247 centers by September 2025, marking a 33% year-on-year increase. Occupancy for centers operational over 12 months stood at a strong 84%.

Awfis continues to focus on premiumization, with 70% of new supply acquisitions now coming from Grade A+ assets. The company's strategic subsidiarization of Awfis Transform, its design and build business, aims to enhance focus and scalability, expanding into new sectors like retail and hospitality.
