Arihant Foundations reports robust revenue, profit growth in H1FY26

Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited reported a substantial increase in its H1FY26 financial performance, with revenue climbing by 88.3% year-over-year to ₹175.0 Cr. Profit after tax (PAT) also saw a significant rise of 58.3% to ₹31.8 Cr, while EBITDA grew by 31.4% to ₹47.5 Cr. Sales value for the period reached ₹212.2 Cr, indicating strong market demand.

Operationally, the company achieved a 50.4% year-over-year increase in sales value for H1FY26, amounting to ₹212 Cr, and an 86.0% rise in area sold to 212,464 Sq Ft. For Q2FY26 alone, sales value was ₹112.9 Cr, with 117,793 Sq Ft of area sold, and collections stood at ₹78.3 Cr. The company's total ongoing project portfolio spans 5.0 Mn Sq Ft with a total gross development value (GDV) of ₹6,336 Cr, of which Arihant’s share is ₹3,566 Cr.
