Angel One announces new general counsel as Meenal Maheshwari Shah resigns

Angel One Limited announced changes in its senior management personnel. Meenal Maheshwari Shah, group general counsel, has tendered her resignation, effective January 31, 2026. She is pursuing interests outside the company.

Concurrently, Ajit Sinha has been appointed as the new general counsel, with his effective start date on January 5, 2026. Sinha brings over 24 years of experience in corporate law, financial services, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. He previously held leadership roles at Citicorp Finance, HSBC, and served as vice president - legal at NSE.
