Amit Sanghvi Further Cuts Shaily Engineering Plastics Stake

Amit Sanghvi has reported a disposal of voting rights in Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited. Before the transaction, Sanghvi held 1,303,290 shares, representing 2.84% of the total share/voting capital and 2.82% of the total diluted share/voting capital.

The disposal involved 100,000 shares, reducing Sanghvi's total holding to 1,203,290 shares. This post-disposal holding now represents 2.62% of the total share/voting capital and 2.60% of the total diluted share/voting capital of Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited. The transaction was executed on November 14, 2025.

The equity share capital of Shaily Engineering Plastics Limited remains at Rs. 9,19,10,186/-, comprising 45,955,093 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each, both before and after the reported disposal. The total diluted share/voting capital also remains unchanged at Rs. 9,19,10,186/-.
