Dynacons Systems & Solutions reports half-year profit and income increase

Dynacons Systems & Solutions Ltd. has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. These results were advertised in "Financial Express" and "Mumbai Lakshadweep" newspapers on November 16, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated total income from operations reached ₹1688.04 million, resulting in a net profit after tax of ₹104.99 million. The standalone figures for the same quarter show total income from operations at ₹1623.13 million and a net profit after tax of ₹102.50 million.

For the half-year period ended September 30, 2025, consolidated total income from operations was ₹3133.56 million, with a net profit after tax of ₹192.35 million. Standalone results for the half-year indicated total income from operations of ₹3055.36 million and a net profit after tax of ₹186.27 million. The diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year consolidated results stood at ₹19.06.
