State Bank of India names new statutory central auditors for FY2025-26

State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the appointment of its Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26. The Reserve Bank of India, via a letter dated November 14, 2025, approved the appointment of 10 chartered accountant firms to this role. This roster includes eight continuing SCAs and two newly appointed SCAs.

The continuing audit firms for 2025-26 include M/s. R G N Price & Co. (Chennai), M/s. Rama K Gupta & Co. (Bhopal), M/s. Vinod Kumar & Associates (New Delhi), M/s. Varma & Varma (Kochi), M/s. O P Bagla & Co., LLP. (New Delhi), M/s. Gopal Sharma & Co. (Jaipur), M/s. B C Jain & Co. (Kanpur), and M/s. SGCO & Co. LLP. (Mumbai).

The two new audit firms selected as SCAs for the same fiscal year are M/s. Ashwani & Associates (Ludhiana) and M/s. M. Bhaskara Rao & Co. (Hyderabad). This change aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
