Shri Venkatesh Refineries reschedules board meeting for financial results

Shri Venkatesh Refineries Limited announced the rescheduling of its board of directors meeting, initially set for November 15, 2025. The meeting, intended to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, will now take place on November 17, 2025. This change supersedes the previous intimation dated November 10, 2025.

In conjunction with the rescheduled meeting, the company confirmed that the trading window for its securities will remain closed. This closure will extend until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in accordance with the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading.
