MOIL announces senior management change, promotes Manoj Kumar

MOIL Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, informed stock exchanges on November 15, 2025, about a change in its senior management. Manoj Kumar, previously a general manager (mines), has been promoted, effective November 15, 2025.

Kumar's appointment term is as per the service rules of MOIL. His professional background includes a B.E. (Mining), FCC (UR), MBA (HR & Mrkt), and M.Tech (Mining). This change is in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
