Midhani’s Q2 2025 revenue and profit fall

Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone total revenue from operations for the quarter decreased to INR 20,972.69 Lakh from INR 26,211.91 Lakh in the same period last year. Net profit after tax also saw a decline, dropping to INR 1,277.40 Lakh from INR 2,354.78 Lakh year-over-year. Basic and diluted earnings per share for the quarter were INR 0.68, down from INR 1.26 in Q2 2024.

On a consolidated basis, MIDHANI reported total revenue from operations of INR 20,972.69 Lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, a decrease from INR 26,211.91 Lakh in the corresponding quarter of 2024. Consolidated net profit after tax for the period stood at INR 1,295.75 Lakh, a reduction from INR 2,382.12 Lakh reported in the prior year.

The company's debt equity ratio for both standalone and consolidated results remained consistent at 0.15 for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to 0.24 in the previous year. The results include the performance of Utkarsha Aluminium Dhatu Nigam Limited (JV Company) and Advanced Materials (Defence) Testing Foundation, which were consolidated under the equity method.
