ITI Limited reports consolidated net loss for half-year

ITI Limited reported a consolidated net loss of ₹11,795 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of ₹16,164 lakhs in the same period of the previous year. Total consolidated income from operations for the half-year was ₹106,927 lakhs, an increase from ₹156,462 lakhs in the prior year. The consolidated net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, stood at ₹5,436 lakhs, improving from a loss of ₹7,033 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year.

On a standalone basis, the company also reported a net loss of ₹11,754 lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, against a loss of ₹16,119 lakhs in the previous year's half-year. Standalone total income from operations for the half-year was ₹104,142 lakhs. For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the standalone net loss was ₹5,424 lakhs, compared to ₹7,011 lakhs in the same quarter of the previous year.

The unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated operations were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on November 13, 2025. These results have been published in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
