Indian Bank appoints new statutory central auditors for FY 2025-26

Indian Bank announced the appointment and re-appointment of Chartered Accountant firms as Statutory Central Auditors (SCAs) for the financial year 2025-26, effective November 15, 2025. This decision, approved by the Reserve Bank of India, includes both continuing and new auditors. M/s G Balu Associates LLP, M/s Dass Gupta & Associates, and M/s Arun K Agarwal & Associates will continue their roles as SCAs.

The bank has also brought in two new firms: M/s S P A R K & Associates Chartered Accountants LLP from Indore and M/s Bhatia & Bhatia from New Delhi. These new appointments replace M/s S. Singhal & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur, which ceased to be an SCA upon the completion of its term.

M/s S P A R K & Associates, established on March 26, 1990, operates with 20 partners and has a firm registration number 005313C/C400311. M/s Bhatia & Bhatia, established on May 18, 1981, has 11 partners and a firm registration number 003202N. This strategic overhaul aims to ensure robust financial oversight for the bank in the upcoming fiscal period.
