EMS announces unaudited financial results for Q2 and half-year 2025

EMS Limited, formerly EMS Infracon Private Limited, has confirmed the publication of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results in leading newspapers on November 15, 2025. This fulfills the compliance requirement under Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
